NDA Construction with Almir and his team just finished my new concrete driveway and flagstone sidewalk and porch with an added curved walkway connecting the sidewalk and the driveway.Throughout the whole process, Almir communicated very effectively and explained everything, I provided an estimate and drawings on what to expect. If I could skip giving even the 1 star, I would, This man is very dishonest. I contacted him to replace my doorknobs, he came and went to buy the items. When he returned, he told me that the items and labor would cost 620$. I asked him for the receipt, he said he would email it, but he NEVER did. I let him do the job, but something about it did not sit well with me. A few weeks later, I decided to check the prices of the doorknobs, just to discover that they cost 34$ a piece, so he LIED to me about the prices. Stay away from this business, he is a thief in disguise.

Almir's crew built us a beautiful screened-in porch at a cost well below the other bids we got. The times I had concerns or questions, he was quick and responsive in addressing them, including extending our warranty to give me more peace of mind.Dropping one star over initial guidance on drawings and permitting. We ended up needing to bring in an outside architect to provide better drawings the county would actually accept, at an additional fee. But the total cost remained below competitors' bids, and we love the final product.
